Privacy Policy — SignalPath

1. What we collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and the content of your reflections. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) via PostHog analytics, and payment information processed by Stripe.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide the SignalPath service, send product-related emails, improve the product, and process payments. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Your reflections

Your reflection content is encrypted at rest. We do not read your reflections, and we will never use reflection content to train AI models. You can export or permanently delete all reflection data at any time from your account settings.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand product usage. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Stripe retains payment records per their own legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email us at privacy@signalpath.app with any requests.
