1. Acceptance

By using SignalPath, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Not a medical service

SignalPath is a self-reflection and emotional clarity tool. It is not a mental health, medical, or therapeutic service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 16 or older to use SignalPath. Don't share your credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SignalPath to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or abuse the platform in ways that harm other users or the service itself.

5. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

7. Limitation of liability

SignalPath is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or any harm arising from your use of the service beyond the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
