14-day guarantee
If you're not satisfied with SignalPath within 14 days of your first paid subscription, email us at hello@signalpath.app and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we'll issue a prorated refund for any remaining complete months.
How to request
Email hello@signalpath.app with your account email and the reason (optional). We process refund requests within 3 business days. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
